FundingTraders introduced a dashboard tool yesterday (Monday) that shows traders rule breaches before they request a payout. The company says the Trade Clarity Desk also displays the financial consequence and expected withdrawal amount.
Contractual trading rules can reduce profits, delay withdrawals or end an account after a trader has generated gains. Earlier notice shows users how FundingTraders classified their activity before the payout review.
The issue extends beyond one operator. Eightcap recently identified Profit Distribution as the rule generating the most disputes among its challenge clients.
Internal Compliance, Not Broker Regulation
The dashboard identifies the rule triggered and labels the outcome as a warning, deduction or reduced profit split, according to FundingTraders’ announcement. FundingTraders said violations appear in real time.
FundingTraders’ published terms require what it calls responsible and consistent trading. They also give the company discretion to act on strategies it considers unreasonable or toxic.
Its current 2-Step Pro rules allow news trading on funded accounts, but no more than 30% of total profit may come from trades influenced by high-impact events. A trader above that threshold must continue trading until the percentage falls before a payout can proceed.

Other operators have simplified the rulebook instead. E8 Markets launched E8 Zero in July without a consistency rule or trailing drawdown, although the account still carries payout limits.
This is compliance with a private contract, not oversight by a financial regulator. FundingTraders operates the dashboard and still retains its payout-review process.
The setup touches the same problem Hola Prime addressed with a Deloitte review in April. Deloitte examined five months of payout processing, while Hola Prime said it ran compliance checks before withdrawal dates.
Prop Firms Test Different Disclosure Models
FundedNext chose recurring public reports. Its first monthly payout disclosure in March listed $15.19 million across 13,712 February transactions, although FinanceMagnates.com could not independently verify the full company-reported total.
At the sector level, FM Intelligence tracked $115.1 million in crypto payouts across ten prop firms in the first quarter. On-chain data still cannot separate trader payments from vendor, affiliate or other operating transfers.
Hola Prime used Deloitte for a defined review period. FundedNext published aggregate operating data. FundingTraders is showing an individual trader how internal rules affect a specific account.
The three approaches answer different questions. An external review tests a historical data set, a monthly report shows company-wide activity and an account dashboard explains a live classification.
FundingTraders did not say whether the amount displayed by Trade Clarity Desk is binding or can change during a later manual review.
